Speedo EVA Kickboard
The Speedo EVA Kickboard takes your swimming technique to the next level. It’s a small board with construction of highly buoyant EVA foam. So you get a lot of float and functionality in the small size.
The way it’s used is that you hold it out in front of you with both hands while swimming. So your hands and arms are basically sitting on top of the water. This directs your body into improved swimming posture improving technique and strength.
As you use the board and kick with your legs your body has a natural twist creating torsion in the water. So this creates a learned natural longitudinal flex behaviour giving you speed.
The board has several grip points and shaped areas so you get a variety of hold options to match your preference. You can hold the board in your extended hands, or under your chest, or with your fingers through the slots.
