The Nalu Dagger 4’8 Softboard is a great fun board. You’ll get a lot of use out of it as it’s very versatile. The board is the shape of a mini-fish so there’s plenty of area in a small size. The small size makes it relatively easy to handle in the surf compared to a bigger board. So the Dagger is great as a Beginners first board for your kids having plenty of float.
The fish shape includes two soft fins. So for the Beginner there’s safety and reduced risk. For Groms and Teens this helps make it a real fun board. It surfs closer to a real surfboard so you can do turns and tail slides and drive for sucky sections. If you get nailed in the shorebreak there’s no harm as the board is soft. A slick gives good speed making this a super fun package.
