The FK H20 Surf Hat is a must have if you’re surfing in the sun. When the sun is hot, burning through even sunscreen, this hat keeps you in the shade. The wide brim provides protection over your face, ears and the back of your neck. Direct overhead sunlight casts a shadow over these areas and can’t penetrate. The high crown provides an area of separation so that the sun beating down doesn’t heat directly into your scalp. When surfing you need the hat to stay put. Generous neoprene straps with closure comfortably secure the hat from the sides to under your neck. These straps have ear and drainage holes so your hearing is maximised. If the wind is up the hat can also provide wind chill protection so can be a great Wetsuit Accessory. A security cord connects to a rash shirt so the hat won’t wash away. Internal of the hat is a neoprene head band that provides comfort, a good fit, and prevents chafing extending your surf time. The brim sheds water as you move through a wave.
