FCSII Performer Black Rear Quad Fins
The FCSII Performer Black Rear Quad Fins give you extra drive, speed and control from your board fitted with FCSII rear Quad fin boxes. These fins won’t fit in your normal thruster side boxes and are specifically designed to give you the feel and function for four-fin Quad surfing.
As a four-fin Quad setup they provide extra hold points for your board in addition to your front fins so you can make more use of the available wave power. For example, on steep waves you get extra hold. This allows you to turn sooner where there’s more power in the wave. This gives more speed and makes your surfing more dynamic, giving off heaps of spray.
The fins also direct the power of the wave so that your board goes faster down the line. You have a lot more direction and less skate. However, the extra fins can create drag. You can use this to your advantage by doing more controlled vertical moves, top to bottom surfing. The fins have a mid-range sweep template, their moderate backward curve giving good all-round surfing in most surf conditions.
Their Glass Flex construction is a softer polymer that helps in critical turns as the fins flex without catching. As a five-fin setup you’ll get extra pivot surfing with your back foot.
