The Phix SunPowered Epoxy-Poly Surfboard Repair Kit is a comprehensive kit to fix a range of boards and surf craft. This covers both Epoxy and PU surfboards. It features epoxy resin that cures on exposure to the sun, and everything else you need. The resin comes in a handy soft pouch. It’s not in a heavy tin, so is easy to stash in your travel gear as needed. The generous lid seals it tightly so it won’t leak. A packet of tiny balls of solidified resin called Q cells that you mix in with the resin are included. Q cell extends the resin’s fluidity, strength and use. For example if you have a hole, using Q cell will allow filling using less resin and making the repair lighter.

The Phix SunPowered Epoxy-PUSurfboard Repair Kit includes mixing cups and sticks help you put everything together. Fibreglass cloth and rope allow you to repair cracks, shatter and even loose fixed fins. Several clear plastic sheets allow you to smooth finish the resin, then expose it to the sunlight to go off. If there are rough edges the included sandpaper can smooth them off. Gloves complete the kit so you have minimal cleaning up.
