The Futures F6 Thermo Tri Fin Set gives you great performance in the waves you most surf. Right in the middle of the Future Fins collection its designed a surfer of mid size and everyday waves. Alternatively a smaller surfer can use their relatively bigger size to generate more wave power for them in small waves. Or a larger surfer can use them in their StepUp for bigger waves with their size giving flow and control. F6 refers to the size of the fin. It’s between the F4 small size and the F8 big template. The F6 base gives you good positive drive and power transfer through its shape. A wider base gives you drive. The tip also is full so you get more drive with smooth transitions. This fullness also equates to speed as the fin area holds well in the wave face directing water flow.

The F6 is well rounded so you get a consistent smooth feel. This is important as it helps you setup big power moves. It doesn’t suddenly boost when you’re not expecting it. Construction is of Thermotech so the fin is light while giving you flex like fibreglass. The flex is consistent flex so as you load up and charge into and out of turns you get smooth consistent drive then release. The combination of resin composite and glass fiber content in the Thermo delivers a perfect balance between flex and stiffness. All-white, the fins have a great trad look.
