The Creatures of Leisure Nat Young Tail Pad is a great design. What does Nat say about his pad? “I asked for more cut-outs on my signature pad to increase board feel and the teardrop arch fits your foot shape perfectly. It also looks rad on my boards.” It has a 3 piece layout which is a functional design. So by expanding the side pieces both narrow and wide tail boards get optimal coverage.

The centre piece has a 7mm raised arch. In the form of a tear drop it sculpts to the bottom of your foot. The tail has a raised 28mm kick that flattens out on top to an edge. So you can get the side of your foot right over the back fin. An angular incut means you can place this grip closer to the end of your board for maximum drive. The grip features a square loc pattern. This provides traction not matter what angle your foot is placed.
