The Ocean & Earth Regular 6′ Moulded Leash is a great day to day shortboard surf accessory.  Its 6mm diameter cord is great for the most common wave sizes you face. This cord diameter provides stretch and strength while not getting in your way. It features a moulded horn that keeps the leash protruding away from your feet. So your surfing is unobstructed when you’re taking critical drops. Also the cord is less likely to be under your feet once surfing on the wave. To maximise strength the cuff to cord connection uses a diamond-flex pattern. The 6mm cord diameter is a good all round size. It’s not too thin that it will overstretch and turn to spaghetti. It’s also not so bulky so as to be constantly getting in your way.

The leash incorporates marine grade stainless steel swivels at both ends. So it turns and  moves freely and doesn’t snake or twist up. This is an important feature. It helps prevent the cord from snagging around your fins so your board doesn’t slow down or catch. The double padding on the ankle strap gives you a super comfortable fit.
