The Funkshen Reconn EPS Series Bodyboard is a great Beginner board. The core is EPS that strong buoyant foam. So you get great floatation, easy paddling and wave catching. The DURA-HDPE slick on the bottom is fast and incorporates channels aiding in water release and bite when on steep faces. The Dura brand is known for its high quality. So you get a durable bottom on your board. The crescent tail is used on many boards. It gives you great feel and control on the wave.
When you change direction the inside of the crescent provides release. The board comes with your leash plug pre-installed and your leash tether so it’s ready to add your leash. This is a great value board.
