This gives great warmth while still being flexible. The rest of the Maddog Boys Steamer is high flex 2mm neoprene. This gives great flex for paddling and wave catching. So your boy gets a great balance between flexibility, durability and warmth. When paddling your boy will go farther, faster with less fatigue. This is super helpful for surfing, swimming or if competing in Surf Lifesaving or other events.

Kid Comfort

The Maddog Boys Steamer Wetsuit has a smoothie collar included. This is neoprene that has a smooth sealed finish. Next to the skin, and especially once wet, it glides so there’s extra comfort. Flatlock stitching covers all other seams. Flatlock means the stitching is flat against the neoprene. It doesn’t stick up so the chance of chafing is further reduced. The lower body neoprene pf the Maddog Boys Steamer is thicker and tougher so is warmer and also will wear well. The heavy duty zip is non-corrosive and smooth running. So you get durability reducing the likelihood of problems.
