You get a minimalist look with near-total freedom. There’s only the string ties on the sides. So while you could wear these in the surf there’s not much support or protection if something goes wrong. The recycled polyester fabric incorporates a small amount of elastine. So helping prevent that sag and bagging that can happen when the fabric gets wet.
