The FCS 5′ Competition Essential Leash is a high performance and competition leash. FCS rate the leash for surf in the 0 – 4′ range so it’s versatile across the smaller range of you daily or competitive surfing. The cord thickness is 5.5mm which is quite fine. This size leash will almost be unnoticeable so will really free up your surfing. The cuff is deluxe, construction is with extra neoprene padding. So gives a smooth and comfy fit. High quality velcro seals the cuff so it won’t come off even in a heavy wipeout. The rail saver similarly uses high quality velcro.
Stainless steel swivels keep the leash spinning freely. This is important as you don’t want the leash to snag under your fins for feet. The swivelsΒ durable and long wearing. The cuff and rail saver assembly are part of the FCS interchangeable system. So using the FCS fin key they can be dismantled and replaced as needed.
