The fabric is 4-way stretch so no matter what power move you’re going for, or what position the shorts may be in, you get freedom and not constraint. The engineered cut of the panels reduces the seams. The seam stitching is the stiffest least flexible part so flex is maximised. There’s also no catching or chaffing.
The special Micro Repel finish means you stay pretty much dry through your surf. Any moisture will quick dry in an instant. A single rear pockets give great storage for your wax, fin key, whatever you need. It’s on the rear so make sure your stuff in there isn’t too large as you’ll be sitting on it on your board.
