The Billabong All Day Overdyed Layback Boardshorts give you a great mix of walkshort style with your boardshort. The cut is more generous around your leg and thigh. There’s an elastic waistband along with side pockets. The look is single heritage colour, without the high performance highlights of Billabong’s performance boardshorts so you get more a walkshort look. However construction is of 100% polyester so the shorts are very light. They’re not heavy cotton as you get with walkshorts. The fabric has OVD, a garment overdye so making the shorts extra soft with great feel and comfort. The polyester, with Micro Repel treatment, is super quick dry. So you can surf in these shorts and have plenty of freedom of movement from the loose cut. The elastic waist band includes a draw string so the shorts won’t fall down and interfere with your surfing. The pockets will pick up a bit of water, however their mesh lining will let the water escape quickly.
