The Billabong Society Hat gives you functional sun protection with a touch of fun and the ability to get wet. A lot of beach caps won’t survive a good soaking. Yet this hat can accompany you not only on the beach but also in the surf.

It’s a bucket hat which means the top is like a bucket with a uniform circular shape. Just pull it on and it stays put giving you great fit. The brim covers the whole base so you get 360 degree coverage of shade and sun protection.

Because the brim is uniform it protects your nose, your ears, and back of your neck. Its got a floppy look. So in the water it will still look floppy while giving great protection.

Construction is of a solid cotton twill so it’s long wearing and durable. In the face of the most blustery winds and wipeouts there’s a drawcord with adjustable toggle. So just pull it tight and the hat will stay in place. Air holes in the crown will allow hot air to vent and water to exit.
