By using our website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
The Website is owned and operated by THGH Barton Family Trust Pty Ltd (ABN 46 621 599 679), trading as “Manly Surfboards”.
Shipping
We ship Mon-Fri, aiming to have goods on their way to you within 24hrs of payment clearing.
Weekends and public holidays nothing will be shipped as courier do not operate.
Pickups are welcome in store.
Boards are well packed in bubble plastic and durable double skinned cardboard boxes. Smaller apparel and accessories are sent in satchels. We have had a good history with this packing keeping your gear safe. Much care is taken with packing, however once order has left our dispatch we can take no responsibility for it.
Upon dispatch you will be issued with a tracking number which you can track at http://www.hunterexpress.com.au/
For multi product orders, some items may be sent separately.
If an order cannot be processed for any such reason, including products being out of stock, we will contact and try and find an alternative, failing this you will be refunded in full.
We only ship Australia-wide.
Returns & Warranties
A return due to change of mind cannot be processed. If the wrong size is chosen, for example in a wetsuit, get in contact with us info@manlysurfboards.com and we can help you with the return and replacement in the correct size, provided the product is in an unused condition.
Most products are under manufacturers warranties, if you have a problem, get in contact with us info@manlysurfboards.com and we can arrange the return and replacement through the manufacturer.
There are no warranties on surfboards. The ocean is unpredictable and powerful, we cannot take responsibility accidents and misuse. Boards are fragile because they are high performance equipment. Look after ‘em!!!
Order Cancellations
We can accommodate order cancellations, so long as the goods have not been dispatched. However if the goods have been sent then, Manly Surfboards reserves the right to refuse cancellation.
Pricing
All prices are charged in Australian currency prices and are subject to change at any time. In any case of incorrect pricing, whether due to typographical error or supplier error, Manly Surfboards reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order even if it has been confirmed and payment cleared. In this case a full refund will be issued.
Change of Address
If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please call 02 9976 0591.
So long as the order hasn’t been processed we can change the address.
